Meet Our Chef
Chef Raffaele Lombardi, was born and raised in Sorrento, Italy (Amalfi Coast), where cooking is culture. There, he developed his culinary passion. Chef Raffaele had the pleasure to attend culinary school in Italy and work among
some of the most talented chefs. He moved to America 25 years ago and is still here with the same passion and dedication that he's had for 35 years, and today he leads Casa Vincenzo's kitchen.
